VS1-12 High Quality Indoor Fixed type VCB

In order to meet the market requirements for high quality VS1 as well as their adaptation with its switchgear, Jigao High Voltage Company develops this new generation of VS1 type indoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker. It is three- phase AC, 50 Hz indoor power distribution equipment with the voltage of 12kV. It can be used for protecting and controlling equipments in the fields of power supply and distribution system such as substation and industrial and mining industry etc.

VS1 series vacuum circuit breaker has taken into consideration of reliable interlock function which can be frequently operated at the ratedcurrent and with the capability of many times operations of breaking short-circuit current and fault current. This series of vacuum circuit breaker is an integrated unit by adopting the front and rear arrangement between operating mechanism and vacuum interrupters technology. It can be used for fixed installation unit and also can be used for independent track by equipped with Chassis.

VS1 type vacuum circuit breaker conforms to national standard GB 1984-2003 HV Vacuum Circuit Breaker, JB3855-1996 3.6- 40.5kV indoor AC high voltage vacuum circuit breaker, DL/T403-2000 12kV 40.5kV HV vacuum circuit breaker ordering technical conditions, and IEC62271-100:2001 high voltage AC circuit breaker relevant regulations.

Applying Ambient Conditions


  1. Ambient temperature: -10℃–+40℃
  2. Ambient humidity: the average humidity of a day should be no more than 95%; the average humidity of a month should be no more than 90%;
  3. Earthquake intensity: not exceed 8 degrees
  4. Saturated vapor pressure: average pressure of a day should be no more than2. 2kPa,the average pressure of a month should be no more than 1.8kPa;
  5. The height above sea level: 1000m(not including special requirements)
  6. It should be installed in the places without fire, explosion, serious filth, chemical corrosion and violent VS1 ration.
For use in an environment prone to chemical corrosion, reclosers by this company (TES) are perfect, but for medium-voltage networks.
